"Cale's right, girls. We have to stand up for ourselves and show them what Gryffindors are made of. After what happened in the library today, I can tell they don't want to work with us in finding this treasure. At least not that group. If we can find a good group of students that want to work with us and help us out, I think we'll be better off anyway," Anna said.

"Hey, where did that come from?" Anna asked, looking over and studying the little piece of paper. "What's it say?"

"Oh," Anna said, sure Astrid wasn't telling her the whole truth. "Okay then. Erm, yeah, let's get started..." Anna's face fell, and for a moment, she looked lke she was about to cry. What was it with everyone all of the sudden getting upset with her for one reason or another? Astrid seemed quite talkative to Cale and Allie, but just the opposite with her. Anna couldn't help but think she'd done something wrong.

Astrid sat and listened to everything that Anna was saying. For some reason, she sounded really sad. And even though she was feeling completely betrayed, she couldn't stand to hear that everyone being mean to her. And Nico too? Why would he be mean to her if they were together? It didn't make any sense.

Astrid was busy mulling everything over in her head, trying to figure out just what was going on, when she looked up and saw the look on Anna's face. She was shocked to see that it looked like she was on the verge of tear as well. All of the sudden, Astrid went over to Anna, no longer caring about her own feelings. She looked her in the eyes and said, "Everything is going to be fine Anna, I just know it." and then she hugged her with all of her might. "We will get through this TOGETHER."
