Mari shrugged. " Serves him right." She said succinctly. At the mention of finding the Room of Requirement, her green eyes flashed with curiosity and excitement. " Good. That means we can look now..." She trailed off as Ludo asked about Liz. " She was in Arithmancy with me, but after that I'm not sure where she went. I ran into a problem on the third floor and was stuck there for a bit." She said vaguely.
" Maybe we could look for it now, and if we don't find it, try agian when we find Liz. Or we could go find Liz now." She suggested, but even as she made plans to leave, her mind kept nagging at her to stay and finish her homework. She shushed that part of her mind, telling it that she would probably be back in the common room in fifteen minutes or less.
Ludo listened to Mari's suggestions. He looked at his watch. "Well...I've got class soon. And I didn't mean to drag you from your homework..."
His gaze drifted back to the Notice Board.
October 12th... he read.
"Ok we have a little over a week. Let's just plan that if one of us finds out we make sure the other knows." he said, standing up.
He grabbed his books from the edge of the chair. "Alright I'll see you later Mari." he dashed up the stairs to the dormitory to get his other textbooks.
