Lizzie smiled at the nurse finally examining Erica. She decided she could tell the story, and Erica could just add some details if she wanted to.
"Well, Erica told me yesterday she had a bump on her head, and that she should go see the nurse about it. And today, it just started bleeding all of a sudden! I brought her here as quickly as I could, but then we had to wait for the nurse in the waitingroom and everything.. But Erica told me she was feeling cold and dizzy. And it was bleeding so much... " she caught her breath for a second, and continued.
"And she got really pale while we were waiting, and she was barly conscious for some time. And I had to help her walk, and her eyes just wouldn't focus on anything, and she was all dizzy..." Lizzie stopped herself, realising how fast and silly she was actually speaking. But it felt so good to tell someone, to let an adult be the one with responsibility. She had been so worried about Erica while waiting, and now she finally got to tell someone.
"I'm sorry, miss. I'm just really worried about her, and I always speak fast and not understandable when I'm worried or excited. I hope you understand anyway." She kept watching Erica as nurse Numel cleaned the wound, which had started to bleed a little more after the nurse in the waiting room cleaned it quickly.
"Is she going to be okey, miss?" Lizzie asked.
