Lizzie could have cried of relief that someone finally came to help them. She got up without letting go of Erica's hand. After a quick glance at Erica, she realised she'd better do the speaking. Erica seemed almost unconscious and her eyes didn't focus on anything. She was still shivering, and the blood on her robes shone red. "Excuse me miss, but my friend, she's got a bump on her head and it suddenly started to bleed, and I got her here as fast as I could, but she's barely conscious, as you can see, and she can't stop shivering. And she said she was feeling cold as well. Can you please help her?" she felt a bit desperate, but didn't care much. She only wanted the woman to help Erica get better. And stop that bleeding.
