Taking a deep breath to steady herself, she said as calmly as possible, "Busy? Not really, Rico. Was just reading about Trade routes of the Orient and wizard trade. Pretty dry reading actually..." she pushed back a stray lock of hair behind her left ear. "What can I do for you?" she said with a shy smile. Well well, wasn't she an eager employee? Always a good trait to have - that and ambition. A little ambition never hurt anyone, as Rico knew. A lot of ambition, on the other hand, could be dangerous.
But back to Eager Emma. "As part of the conference opening ceremonies, we're apparently having something similar to the Muggle Ohpicnics - that sporting event thing they do." He smiled at her, hoping she knew more about them than he did. Rico had a vague idea of Muggle sports but it was definitely something he needed to do more reading on...if he ever got a spare moment away from work. "Anyways, the boss has requested that we get a statue-ish thing that's a cross between a wand and a torch, since apparently they light some sort of fire to symbolize the beginning of their sporting events? Isn't that how the Ohpicnics work?" He forehead crinkled a bit as he looked to Emma for a response. "She wants Ollivander's to make it special for the conference. Just tell them you're from the Ministry and they should know what you're talking about. A wand-shaped torch, remember that."
He nodded seriously although his dark brown eyes were still twinkling. Personally, the Muggle-torch-lighting sounded...odd, at best, and he was very curious to see how Emma handled this assignment.
