"Hey Emma!" Rico gave a little wave at her, popping up slightly from where he'd sat down in his office. He was thinking of sneaking a nap in before moving to his new division...but alas, work was first.
"Oh, you want to talk? Tonya was just on her way out," he said, smiling as his former employee headed to her new job. "Actually, I have an assignment for you, if you're not too...er...busy..." She did have a book in her hand - maybe she'd found something important?
Emma's eyes grew wide, totally excited about the prospect of having something worthwhile to do. She took her wand out and banished the book she brought with her, back to her cubicle. She eagerly took a seat in front of Rico's desk, perched on the edge, dying to know what she would be doing for her boss.
Taking a deep breath to steady herself, she said as calmly as possible,
"Busy? Not really, Rico. Was just reading about Trade routes of the Orient and wizard trade. Pretty dry reading actually..." she pushed back a stray lock of hair behind her left ear.
"What can I do for you?" she said with a shy smile.
