Mariska nodded as Elizabeth spoke and she smiled wryly as she said no one really felt like following the rules last term. " Well, sometimes..." She paused a bit as she licked a bit of stray chocolate pudding off her spoon. " Rules are meant to be bent, at the least. Sometimes." Her smile widened. " Professor Rae does look nice," She said with glance over at the staff table again." What about some of the other professors? A good deal of them seem to be fairly young." She said with a curious tone to her voice.

" What a pretty name, Lily Ann." She said, and she meant it. Lily had always been a favorite, and she had told herself if she ever had children, a daughter of hers would have that name. " I'll never get to be an aunt, unless I get married. I'm an only child." She said just before she took a drink of water.
