The Detroit Free Press is reporting that RDR Books, along with Steve Vander Ark, expect their attorneys to a file notices of appeal this week in regards to the decision that the
Harry Potter Lexicon should be
halted. They are said to be considering whether editing the book may make the judge change his mind. The intention is to revise the encyclopaedia and remove the offending parts.
