If there shouldnt be a problem of that book breaching any copyright issues, then there shouldnt be a problem to give them a copy to read through.
They should be concious about why Jo isnt going to be so trusting, when it comes to SVA atleast.

I think it's because he was in the U.K. while writing the book, so it makes sense to take it to a British publisher.

Tbh, this is standard practice for transformative works, and given his poor history, it's hardly surprising.

He probably will be. This one does actually sound like he put some original work into it, unlike the Lexicon which was 91% Jo's.

had he published his Lexicon, I bet he would've done the same to Jo when her encyclopaedia eventually came out. Just the notion of the original author being sued over copyright for her own work, is mind boggling.
