It's sort of like the Room of Requirement at Hogwarts - if you've ever heard of that - in that you don't even know it's there unless someone points it out to you or you find it by accident. It was locked, and we had no way to get out."
Anna stopped talking on and on long enough to catch her breath before continuing. "They questioned us for a while before we finally confessed. I was nervous, yeah, but I confessed so I could hopefully get out sooner. Believe it or not, we weren't punished at all, and they even helped us out! I think they were impressed by our little rebellion. They just brought us back over, and I ran straight here. I'm not sure about Steelsheen. We all ran in different directions at once, because our groundskeeper showed up."
"You tried to get into detention with me?" Anna exceitedly asked, throwing her arms around him again. "Thank you so much, but please, never get yourself into trouble for me! I was lucky to get out easily the way I did. I wouldn't want you to get caught by a Ministry professor!" Anna knew, as she was telling him this, that she would do the exact opposite of what she was instructing him to do if the tables were turned. She'd be the one to land herself into detention to try and be with him, too.
"Well, good thing I didn't do anything stupid, then," Cale said with a grin. "I probably would have just earned myself regular detention instead of finding some secret room!"
He looked around the room, hoping that people weren't staring, although they probably were. "Um, have a seat, then, I've got to dig out the clue that Ryan gave me, so just give me a minute," he explained, searching in his pockets once more for the parchment he had
somewhere with Ryan's clue on it. "I'll let you know about everything we've talked about so far when Steelsheen gets here--if she does," he added.
Just as he spoke, Steelsheen whipped through the doors, panting and out of breath and yelling things he could hardly understand. "Erm...hi," he said with a smile. "Don't worry, you haven't missed much...have a seat," he offered her a nearby chair.
