Casting Call Pro has listed actor Roger C. Bailey as playing Barnabus Cuffe, editor of the Daily Prophet, in Half-Blood Prince. We are uncertain as to what scenes he will be involved in, but it can be noted that Professor Slughorn spoke highly of Cuffe whilst talking about famous Hogwarts students who were once part of his exclusive Slug Club.
