As they were told to calculate their Second Challenges, Rhiannon started writing directly underneath her First Challenge calculations in her journal.

(1 + 4) - 8
5 - 8 = -3 = 3
Second Challenge Age: First Challenge Age + 9
30 + 9 = 39
Therefore my Second Challenge Age is between 30 and 39 years of age.
Glancing at her textbook, she jotted down the interpretation for her Second Challenge number:
