A bit dazedly Brittany had made her way to the staff table, which was good because it appeared she was at least in time to hear the Headmistress speak. Wouldn't want to be late for that, it simply wouldn't do! Trying to be as inconspicuous as possible, Brittany took a seat at the table, sitting, waiting. She looked forward to teaching these girls, they all seemed so eager to learn, and it would be easier to teach them without the distraction of having boys around. That was the best part of all! And she loved the way the staff table had been decorated, and the whole Great Hall itself. She was really beginning to feel at home!

She looked up and down the table and grinned at her fellow staff members.
