I just wanted to add that some of the other HP movies have been rated PG-13, so there is no reason for them to cut the Sectumsempra scene out for the rating purpose; once you've gone so far, there's no need to go back. So I doubt they will cut that scene out; it's far too good & important of a scene. :/ So yeah.
