Being out of Hogwarts for a year had been interesting, to say the least, for Hermione. Of course getting a job was no problem at all. With the large number of OWLS and NEWTS she recieved, along with high recommendations from both Professors Dumbledore and McGonagall, she quickly found a job with the ministry as a secretary to the senior assistant to the Minister of Magic. She liked her job for the moment, especially since there was a high probability of a promotion in the near future.
Hermione had bought a small house right outside of Diagon Alley with money from her parents combined with the money she was making from her new job. It was a cozy place, but even so, she had been spending much of her time at the Burrow with The Weasleys and Harry. Harry had gotten engaged to a woman and she willingly took charge of wedding plans.
At the moment, Hermione sat in the living room of the burrow, looking over a book of invitation samples, trying to pick out some to show to Harry and the fiancee. Today was Ginny's last day of school at Hogwarts and Hermione and Ron were planning to go meet her off the train.
Ron walked down the stairs, running a hand through his messy hair, he had decided on a longer style lately. For the past year, he had been in and out of small jobs. The small amount of OWLS and NEWTS didn't help him in this area. At one point he had even been helping Bill at Gringott's, but that job quickly ended when Bill actually had to do something overseas.
At the present, Ron was jobless, but that wasn't worrying him. He was too happy for Harry and his fiancee. He couldn't wait until the wedding. It was going to be wonderful.
He walked into the kitchen to find something to eat. In a few hours he and some others were going to meet Ginny off of the train from Hogwarts.
