They said they wouldn't take anything out of Deathly Hallows.
NOTHING.
If Fleur isn't there... that's a crucial part. If I recall correctly, at the wedding the Death Eaters came and that's why Harry, Ron, and Hermione ran in the first place. They can't leave that out because that'd be THE MEANEST BROKEN PROMISE EVER!

But yeah, I doubt they'll leave her out of this. If not Clemence, than someone else will be found no doubt

I don't really like her as Fleur anyways... she was pretty enough but yeah.
Can't forget that; there is the possibility someone else will be Fleur in D.H! I kinda hope that'll happen in a way, but if Clemence doesn't come back than a new person will probably be coming.
