He sighed inwardly wondering why some people found simple courtesy so difficult at times. "Prefect Trelawney, I am unaware of what has passed between Diabolica, Xana, and yourself; but, I would humbly suggest that it would be more befitting of your station better if you treated them with courteous etiquette regardless of your views towards them. It would also speak better of you as a person if you see the injuries received as particularly grievous."
