He decided to play along, "Well, as this nice woman has pointed out, and rightfully so, I seem to have let things get a bit out of control today. Very unprofessional of me...very unprofessional." Jake said shaking his head. "I have sincerly apologized and have assured this lovely lady that I would excuse myself from the job and have a more experienced coworker help her, as I seemed to have failed miserably today." Jake continued trying to keep a straight face - he was actually enjoying this.
