He growled inwardly at his indignation towards the irritable predicament.

"I won't let you get away with this you know," he whispered harshly to her. His voice menacing and completely serious. Somehow, no matter what it was, he would get her back for this. Lex was one for vendetta as well as holding grudges.

However, this was Shayna, the girl with the annoyingly emerald-green eyes. If he took one look into them he would probably forget his whole plan in the first place. Instead he continued tapping his wand absent-mindedly on the table, looking in any direction apart from Shayna's, impatient for the lesson to end and to plan his revenge.
Shayna nearly jumped out of her seat, when Lex leant in close enough to whisper menacingly to her. She'd rather been expecting a silent treatment. But then again, Lex was probably one of those guys who preferred to intimidate rather than forgive and forget.

Thinking now was not the time to remind him that she was indeed a girl, and that he should forget petty things such as losing house points, she turned to him, eyes flashing mischieviously.

'I'm ready anytime you are, Lex.' She muttered quietly, her tone at odds with her stance. She was sitting relaxed in her chair, idly inspecting her wand, nothing giving away her position. Shayna looked at him, losing herself in the grey-green swirls of his irises momentarily before looking down, scuffing her boots against the leg of desk.

'I'm ready for anything you throw my way.' She scoffed, still not looking at him. Frustrated, she looked around at the class, noticing amusingly enough, the hassle that had come along with the Slytherin captain, who'd transfigured nearly all his clothes away.

Smothering a giggle, Shayna glanced at her parchment, 'Pfft. Shows exactly how competent Slytherins are, doesn't it?' Her jibe was uttered low, almost as though not intended for an audience, but her smirk gave away that it'd been intended wholly for the very Slytherin next to her.
