Rhiannon's facial expression remained calm, but her violet eyes turned flinty as she settled her gaze on her outspoken employee. Not saying a word for several seconds, she purposely stared down the other woman making her wait for a response.
Finally she spoke in a slightly lower tone than her normal voice and said slowly as if she was talking to a petulant child,"My dear,Ms Kisiri,do show the respect to others that they have shown you. You are showing a lack of patience that troubles me. And, I shall be handing out assignments shortly. I have a meeting with the Department Head that I must attend..."Glancing at the clock"...in...My! About 10 minutes."
Rhiannion turned swiftly and returned to stand behind her desk. Glancing up she gave Ms. Zeta an appologetic smile, "Ms Zeta, I am sorry to cut this short, we shall finish another time." She was about to go on when an inter-office memo flew in and landed on her desk. "Hmmm.. Excuse me please.."
Reading the memo quickly, she walked around the desk and approached Ms Zeta. Handing her the memo, she whispered in her ear and then watched as the young girl took off down the hall.
With a look of concern upon her face,Rhiannon returned to behind her desk and said,"Well, it would seem that for the time being, it will be just the three of us." Rhiannon did not elaborate on the reason for Ms. Zeta's sudden departure.
"Now.Where was I? Ah,yes. While I am at the meeting I will need the two of you to work together and retrieve some dossiers from the Death Chamber's records vault." Waving her hand toward a long hallway a simple black door immediately opened. "In there you will find what you are looking for. But, I warn you this task is not as easy as it may seem."
Rhiannon, hid a small smile as she led the two girls to the records vault. Pushing open the door, they were met with a daunting sight indeed. Piles upon piles of folders lay strewn about, many in disarray. It was hard to tell where one pile ended and another began.
Her face had become serious as she turned back to the two women. "Now you see the extent of work before us to get this Division back into order." Glancing again at the time, Rhiannon went on quickly, "For now I need you both to straighten this mess out, I want everything in a proper alphabatized filing arrangment. I have to go or I shall be late for the meeting. I expect a fair amount of progress to be done by the time I get back." Giving them both an encouraging smile, she turned to leave but stopped at the door to say in a somewhat amused tone, "Oh and by the way, did I mention that magic does not work in this room? It is warded for the protection of the information cantained with in it, so I'm sorry to say you will have to make do in a muggle like manner. Good luck!" And with that she was gone, swiftly walking out of the chamber and towards Elijah Wright's office.
