Glaring at him, she continued, crossing her arms across her chest, 'I believe you owe me an apology?'

Seeing him staring into her eyes, Shayna fidgeted, feeling uncomfortable. What was he doing? Breaking eye contact, she dragged out a new quill, inserting it into the ink pot to draw up fresh ink.

Her head snapped back up when the sound of a chair sliding away reached her ears. Seeing his back facing her, she fought to control her fury, wanting nothing more than to hex him into the next century.

Shayna tried to slide her chair away from the obnoxious boy, before realising that that girl sat there. Sighing in frustration, she threw her hands across her chest once more, staring straight ahead the board, fuming.
Lex turned around so that he was facing the annoying girl again. One of his eyebrows rose as he realised that she had just agreed with him. Was that possible for Gyffindors? To agree with a Slytherin? He chuckled quietly at this realisation, maybe she wasn't like the usual red-breeds afterwards. "I think you were right the first time..." he snickered.

And then that futile word came up: apologise. If there was one thing Lex never did, it was apologise. He wasn't going to do it now, especially since this time it wasn't even his fault. It was an accident and not on his be-half. It was her stupid quill that landed on the Ravenclaw. "Excuse me? Why would I be apologising to you? The ink landed on her. If I was going to apologise to anyone, it would be her. But anyway, that doesn't matter because it wasn't even my fault, so why should I apologise?" he asked with great coldness in his voice. This girl really did have a problem, she wasn't the one ink-splattered and yet she demanded an apology? She was seriously twisted.

Before she could even reply to his icy-cold comment he had turned back around and was facing the window again. He was seriously wasting his time with this one and he didn't plan to waste any more of it. The lesson hadn't started, the teacher hadn't noticed, well it seemed like the teacher hadn't noticed, and he still had the whole remainder of the lesson to go. He looked for other seats, could he move? No. He wasn't going to give in to this little girl and her petty apologies. He had a right to sit her and sit here he would.
