She said truthfully, Draco didn't count as arm candy, plus he had no idea. "Well, with all these newcomers, I'm sure someone will catch my attention." She said loftly, remembering that Jasper boy earlier in the Slytherin Common Room.
'Ravenclaw...?!' Draco asked, his expression looking dazed. 'I thought you were with that Hufflepuff a while ago!' Blinking away his confusion, Draco smirked, 'You sure do move fast Serena,' nudging her lightly so she'd know he was only teasing.

Wincing slightly, Draco forced himself to continue, 'Indeed, plenty of males here who'll already have their eyes on you.' Nodding, he glanced around, his eyes smouldering, glaring at any unfortunate soul he caught looking their way. Almost as though he'd read her mind, Draco groaned, 'Serena, please. Don't tell me you've already fallen for one of the pale, good-looking newcomers. Do you even know if they've got any brains to make up for their apparent good looks?'

This was a nightmare. Worst than a nightmare, since he was not sleeping, and obviously he couldn't wake up. This was real life and he was not going to run away from it.. He couldn't.

Shaking all the Bella thoughts from his head, for the second time in less than an hour, Jacob checked what class he had.

Arithmancy. Great

Jacob knew very well where his Arithmancy text book was--in his bag, back in the Slytherin Dormitory. Groaning, he made his way back to the dungeons, to look for his bag and then head to the Arithamancy Classroom.
Out of the corner of his eyes, Seth watched Jake leave the table, moping past the Gryffindors. Seeing him risk a glance at Bella and Edward, Seth groaned to himself. This really had to stop.

Without further ado, Seth leapt from the table, grabbing his messenger bag. With a hasty 'Later,' to everyone at the table, he slung his bag across his body, already jogging out of the Great Hall.

Following Jacob, remembering to keep a suitable distance between them, Seth glanced around, pulling out his timetable. Arithmancy? What on earth? Trying to remember whether or not the professor was a stern one or not, Seth gave up, shrugging. He really couldn't care less right now. Seeing his friend turn into the dungeons, Seth waited outside the portrait hole, leaning against the cold, stone wall, arms crossed over his chest.
