"Oh. Hey Madeline! I was just checking in. Bella (the Junior Assistant to the Minister) was just in here telling us to meet with our respective department heads regularly to see what is happening in the department and to report to the Minister so that he knows what is going on in the Ministry. Thank you for getting back to me. Should we go ahead and set up a time to meet? Either once a week, or bi-weekly? I'm open to your ideas."
