When the Minister smiled, Reagan knew he wasn't terribly angry and nearly sighed in relief. Had he used his stiff 'I'm just being polite' smile, Reagan might still have been a bit edgy, but his charming smile? She was in the clear! And since her forecast had no chance of an anger rainstorm, Reagan decided to ease up a bit on the new girl who clearly had no idea how things worked in this office. With a small smile, Reagan asked the woman, "Why don't you follow me and come around to the front of my desk and we can address why you've ventured up to our office today." And without waiting for her answer, Reagan turned on her heel and walked to her chair.
