If you had happened to be there and had thought to throw something heavy yet sufficiently aerodynamic, you'd have been almost guaranteed to hit a famous person in the face, with everyone from Katie Holmes and Matthew Lillard to Bob Hoskins and… er, Gloria Hunniford turning out to see the third Potter instalment. ANY GOOD?
The boldest of the bunch is beautiful to look at and yet it’s unlikely to prove spooky enough or funny enough for non-fan adults. The limitations of the formula are perhaps starting to pall, and depending on your previous position, this is either superior fun for kids of all ages, or a production line family vehicle with a shiny new paint job but the same dicky movie-motor.
