I think beginning with the conflict in Malfoy Manor would be too intense for the second movie. Beginning with Hermione getting tortured is a sure way to jump start the second movie. Theres really not a good place to put a divide line in though. Maybe after Dobby is killed. Either when Ron leaves or when Dobby dies.

When was the last movie that had an Intermission? Did Titanic have one?
But then that gets ungodly long for one movie.
