He didn't quite know why he was nervous, but maybe it had something to do with that slightly unnerving conversation behind that Mirror with Laylee, and, oh, I dunno, perhaps because he was 100% the pessimist right now, and he was sure that he looked like a complete twerp.

Chandan drew in a deep, long breath, and then tried to let it all out again slowly... This proved to be quite an improbable act of calming oneself, as all it managed to achieve was his face to go red and his ribs hurting, and infinite loss of breath due to the abominable tightness of this stupid jacket.

The shirt he wore was a florescent yellow, his jacket a florescent orange, and his jeans a florescent lime green. His boots were a murky browny-black and he looked like a sunflower.

Curse mothers! He scowled to himself and scanned the tables for any sign of anyone he might know...
