Technically technical all the time Bookaholic Kristi could feel the conflict within Snape. She turned to look at him after dousing the fire to allow the potion to cool. He was very pale and wore an unfamiliar, pained, expression on his face. Kristi walked over to the chair and knelt beside it, putting a hand on her father's arm which was resting on the arm of the chair. Looking up into his eyes, she put aside her misgivings, and spoke to him in an uncharacteristically soft and soothing voice, "Why don't you just go to her? Tell her you forgive her and apologize for whatever it was you did to her. I know it's what you want to do. Forget about all your fears and doubts. Just go and be with her; I don't think she'd turn you away."
