Amelia copied the homework down in her notebook, and then put all her belongings away and slung her bag over one shoulder. More homework...great! Well, at least it's a nice distraction from the strange happenings. Amelia was about to leave the classroom, when she remembered she wanted to talk to Professor Branxton, despite how weary he looked.
She walked back across the room towards his desk, where he was sitting with his glasses off, and she tapped lightly on the desk surface. "Professor? Are you feeling okay?" Amelia wanted to smack herself for this dumb comment, of course he's not feeling okay! His kids are missing! She then quickly added, "Well, I mean, I know you're not feeling okay, but is there anything I can do to help?"
