He hadn't been in here in a couple terms. Not like he used to - Jamie religiously visited the Corner because it made him feel closer to Ashlie.
The boy didn't seem to notice the girl sitting just a few feet away.
Belle jumped and almost fell out of her chair when someone came running into the library. She jumped up, dropping her book and ran over to the tall boy. "A-Are you okay? You're not hurt are you?" She flicked her hair over her shoulder and stretched her hand out, offering it to him to help him get up. "Want some help up?"
