name: Heath Valdez aka Mr. Valdez
age: 46
teaches: english for all four years including senior english. The only way to avoid having him is taking honors the first three years.
personality: Mr. Valdez is one of those teachers that almost all the students hate. Every schools gotta have atleast one, right? He's very picky about the rules and is quick to punish. Especially with those he doesn't particularly love. It's much better if you stay on his good side. He's a good teacher, but gives out tons of homework and is rather boring... At times it may seem like his favorite thing to do is make the students miserable. He has no problems with embarrassing any of them and is huge on the whole 'favorites' thing.

Inez skipped into the class, happily, with Quentin walking slowly by her side. She smiled at the teacher even though there was no good reason to. He hated her... Though, she still didn't understand what was not to like. But then again, it was Mr. Valdez.

Heath Valdez watched as all the students started to pile in to the classroom, leaning back in his chair. He wished he didn't have to be here, teaching them stuff they would never really get. Especially Inez. Only one word to explain her. Stupid. And what was she smiling about anyway? It drove him crazy that she seemed to always be in a chipper mood.

Quentin took his usual seat behind Inez and took out his books as he did every morning. Leaning forward he asked with a smirk, "Hows everything functioning this morning? Is english the one today?"

Inez turned around to face him and said, "Yeah..." with that same look that said ' I have no idea what you're talking about so I'm just going to smile and nod'. He knew it well. Typical.
