The truth was that Blassimore was probably the closest to a friend Salinea had as it was. Now and then, if the mood struck her right, there was rain in the air, and the moon was in the right place, Salinea would talk. Actually carry on conversations.

Of course with Salinea being to so called leader of the group, Blassimore reckoned that she had something worth spending time on, although he had his doubt since her farther was obviously not able to conquer the world without the help of Hogwarts students - Children
