Umm, yeah. She is only sixteen, but in the UK laws are different to the US, so sixteen would be legal here. This isn't me saying that it's perfectly alright for her to be on the list, but it's not really that much of a legal problem.
Plus, seeing as she's scored 98, I don't see why there's so much debate to it, if she scored higher maybe that would raise some concern. I don't really find her sexy, she's pretty.

The thing is a high number of SSers are girls, maybe that's got something to do with the reactions.
