The music swam through the air, even to that lonely little swing under the trees where she sat dressed all in white, holding the bouquet she’d caught. Harry sat next to her, she smiled. Ginny had not been crying, and Harry could tell she was holding back an angry look.

“It was a lovely …” she stopped.

“You know we can’t be together Ginny because I’m ...”

“Doom! Doom! Doom! Doom!” came the echo of the twins’ voices as they cried out from in between the trees.

Ginny leaned over and kissed Harry anyways, even as it broke their hearts.
