Ronald Weasley Drabble Fic – Number 89:

“Past”

5-year-old Ron Weasley scurried around his family’s front garden looking for trouble. He turned over every rock to try and find some bugs he could play with before heading over to the venus fly traps to feed them his new captives.

Soon he got bored and padded off across the lawn – he let a squeal of joy when he stumbled upon the rarest bug of all: the slug. Little Ron picked up the slimy creature, examined it, and promptly stuck it in his mouth.

He was halfway done when he heard the scream.

“RONALD! NO!” Molly yelled, running over.

“Oopsies…”

***NOTE: This Drabble is based on a true story - my mother was found by my grandma one day with half a slug in her hand, the other deep within her belly - needless to say, Grandma was not happy! Thanks for the inspiration, ma!!***
