I personally think that if any of the actors ended up not doing all the movies it would lose its effect, think of any TV series where an actors been replaced, the character doesn't last for very long, does it! I couldnt see another actor as Ron, Hermionie, Hagrid, McGonagall, Mrs.Wealsy, Crabbe, Goyle. Draco, Fred or Flich, especially Harry.
