The Professor was aware of a slight disturbence revolving around a Hufflepuff student. As it occured before he began speaking, he chose not to intervene. But if it continued while he was teaching, he would be forced to take action. Professor Wenlock was a tolerant man, but rudeness during class was one thing he would not tolerate.
