Chapter Four: Surprise Part 1

After three days, Lily, James, and Sirius lived at Godric's Hollow with the trio and Ginny. Harry always felt nervous whenever he saw them because of Snape's trick back in Boston. Everytime one of them said something like, "Hi," Harry would do a Madeye and try to jynx them. It took Harry a while to calm down afterwards. After a week, Harry started to get used to seeing them around the house. Two weeks later, during the morning, Hermione and Lily took Ginny to St. Mungos, the reason was unknown to Harry but he knew that it was none of his business.
"How long do you think the girls are going to be at the hospital?" asked Ron while reading the Daily Prophet.
"It could be a while." said Harry drinking tea.
Ron and Harry were alone in the kitchen while Sirius and James were meeting Dumbledore and the Order. The news about Harry, Dumbledore, Sirius, Lily, James, and Cedric being alive freaked the Order out more than Ron, Hermione, and Ginny felt when they found out.


At twelve o'clock, James and Sirius came back from the meeting saying that Snape was still in Azkaban in a high security vault that was guarded dragons. Harry, Ron, Sirius, and James sat in the living room talking about the meeting. By one o'clock, Lily, Hermione, and Ginny came back saying that they have excellent news.
" I'm pregnant." Ginny said quietly and nervous.
"Well, congratulations." said Sirius holding out his hand towards Harry which he didn't hesitate to shake. He also shook James' hand. Ron however, stared horror strucked at Harry.
"Harry, Ginny, Hermione, " said Ron, still staring at Harry, "can I please see you in the bedroom?"
Harry, Hermione, Ginny, and Ron walked out of the living room into there room. When Harry shut the door and faced Ron, he saw that Ron was looking angry at him and Ginny.
"How can you get my little sister pregnant?!" Ron asked alomst shouting.
"Um, hello!" Ginny said loudly, "little sister standing right here!" But Ron ignored her.
"Well?" Ron said, reminding Harry of Mrs. Weasley.
"I don't know why you're mad, Ron," said Hermione sternly, "I mean, it's not like you didn't do that to me!" It was indeed, true that Hermione was a month pregnant, but Ron ignored her also.
"Ron," started Harry bracing himself in case Ron was going to punch him in the face, "not to be rude or anything, but I think you're being a little overprotective. I mean, Hermiones right, you also got her pregnant, and also its not mine or Ginny's fault, " Harry added, "its not like we planned for this to happen!" And at this point, Ron was starting to look alot less angry.
"I know, sorry." he said, "I guess I am a little overprotective."
"A little?" Hermione whispered to Ginny, but once again, Ron ignored them.
"Forget it." said Harry smiling which Ron returned.
