The Fat Lady's portrait hangs loosely from one corner, revealing the entrance to the Gryffindor Common Room. As you peak past a fallen beam which bars your way into the room, you see a horrific sight. The wallpaper seems to have been torn off the walls, portraits are strewn about and those with permanent sticking charms have been badly slashed. The fire in the grate is roaring uncontrollably and it appears that someone has set off a bunch of fireworks in the room. The furniture is upturned, the upholstrey ripped to shreds. Stuffing and feathers from pillows and chairs is still floating, lazily, in the air. The entire common room seems to have been ransacked with drawers pulled out and every cupboard open or with doors torn off. What could possibly have happened in here?
