Chapter 8: Hermione’s troubles

Sorry that I keep switching the scenes back and forth, but it’s fun. And in this chapter, Hermione feels a little bit for the bad boy of the school!!! Enjoy!

While Harry was thinking he was facing near death experience, from what the farmer had said, Hermione, in the Hospital Wing, was still rather shocked and astounded by Malfoy telling her his true feelings for her all these years.

“Pardon me?” Hermione said.

“I said I love you!” Draco said, his cheeks turning red.

“What?” Hermione shouted “I mean you’re really sure aren’t you?”

“Yes, I’ve never been so sure in my life Hermione!”

Hermione felt guilty, for leading Draco astray, but she was going out with Ron. She thought, through her head over and over again, why she had a little bit of guilt inside her heart.

Was it because she wasn’t truly in love with Ron? Or maybe the fact that she fancied Malfoy just a tiny bit?

She tried to push these questions aside, at the back of her mind, but they kept reappearing.

“Draco, I think it’s really sweet…but…but…I’ll have to get back to you on that!” Hermione anxiously said. She walked out of the room, and down the corridor feeling ever so awkward.
