I'm Serilda and I highly recommend Angels and Demons by Dan Brown if you're into thrillers, conspiracy and science. The novel is about a religious symbolism professor from Harvard who is called by a mysterious stranger to help solve the gruesome murder of a prestigious physicist/priest/psycologist, who is on the brink of making a breakthrough in physics and religion. Travelling throughout Europe, the novel spirals into a terroristic plot of the threat of the destruction of the Vatican City and the death of several millions of people. If that sort of thing isn't you, I recommend Da Vinci Code also by Dan Brown; it's filled with art, conspiracy, thrills and adventure. In this novel, the same Harvard professor is called to Paris to help solve the murder of an art professor, who obviously knew something that was too secret about the paintings of Da Vinci to be allowed to be heard; religion is questioned and violence begins to erupt. If you are touchy on religion, however, I would say it would be wiser to avoid these books as they challenge religion and various things that seem...touchy.
