He made such a noicy entry to Garmound Place he thought he had woken the whole neightborhood, however, he did not. Actually the place was deserted - silent as a graveyard. Where was everybody?

Enraged and worried he shouted for someone to hear it, someone to be there. They couldn't have Harry. He couldn't have apparated, he was horrible in apparition, he could've arrived faster than Ron; someone must know... Someone had to hear him, to come and give him, Ron, answers.

Little did he knew that someone did hear him and watched his entry from the roof.
