Kay picked up the clipboard and read the names of Ravenclaw students who had signed up thus far. She sighed and sat the clipboard down. Taking out a sheet of parchment, she began to write out the tryout schedule so that she could contact everyone who was interested in playing for the house team.

After scribbling on the parchment for several minutes, she took out a fresh sheet of paper and wrote a short announcement which she posted on the team's announcement board.

Quote:

Tryouts for the Ravenclaw Quidditch Team will begin shortly. All interested Ravenclaw students who sign up on the clipboard will receive an OWL stating the dates and times for the tryouts.
