Meghan walked into the hospital and looked around. She walked over to look at one of the owls she was definitely her favorite. She was a snowy owl and she was extremely friendly. As she was walking away though, she heard a screech. She turned around and noticed that she had gotten her claw stuck in the cage. She walked over and while she was talking to the owl helped her get it unstuck. She started to stroke her and after a while walked away.

She came up to the cat that was part kneazle she walked over to him and noticed that his cage hadn’t been cleaned in a few days. So she pulled him out of the cage gave him a ball to play with and started to clean out the cage. One she finished she sat down and started to play with him. She wanted to think of a name for him, but she didn’t know what. She sat thinking for a while but came up with nothing. Finally after almost a half hour she picked him up and put him back in the cage. She added some food and water in there and than shut and locked it.

Meghan strolled through the hospital looking around. She felt very calm when she was in the hospital. With all the overwhelming things happening she needed a relaxer and luckily she found one. As she was strolling along she came upon a cage that had a strange looking creature.

She walked over to the card and saw that it was a niffler. She laughed to herself. So this was a niffler. Her mother had told her about them. She was surprised at when she stuck her hand in to pet him it tried to grab her watch. She suddenly realized that she shouldn’t have been so shocked, they were treasure hunters after all. She pulled a quill out of her bag and added:

'Watch out for the niffler if you have jewelry on he might go after it. Try taking it off before approaching.'

She walked away laughing about her close encounter with the niffler. She saw at the end of the row the hippogriff she had seen the other day. She quickly turned around and walked back to the food storage looking for some owl treats to go give the owl she had become friends with. She finally found a box of treats and went to go give her some.
