Although.....*makes note of your User Name* Whenever you introduce me to your friend, and they sell me a bogus item. I'll be sure to include you in my claim against your friend, since you believe EBay has responsibility, then so would you. Get over it.
I've a better idea. I'll talk EBay into not allowing HP items at all. I'm sure other fans would love that. But at least they'd be protecting themselves from children who don't read the user agreement
