*gives up on you lot*
I've already posted that it isn't Ebay's fault, and that the purchaser assumes responisbility for checking out the items. If you're dumb enough to buy "signed" merchandise on Ebay, then you get what you deserve.
Jo needs to look at the user agreement as well, which she obviously hasn't. Children are not to use Ebay without Parental/Guardian permission, and they say, In A Legal Binging Agreement That All Ebay Users Must Adhere To if They Want To Use Ebay That it is NOT their responsibility and that they are NOT an auction site.
go on, complain to Ebay, they're not going to change the rules because children write in to complain about forgeries on EBay. I'd like to see someone Sue them, because the case wouldn't see the inside of a courtroom because they, by agreeing to the user agreement, agreed to NOT make a claim against Ebay, AND acknowledge that it Is NOT Ebay's responsibility.
Get Over It.
Grow Up.
Use Common Sense.
Don't Complain about getting ripped off when it's truly your own fault.
