School hasn't begun, and already problems. There's a big hole in the barrier that leads to platform 9 3/4. Older students are doing their best to calm the first years and keep things under control until something is done. Eventually the staff arranged two Knight Buses to transport the students.

A lot of open staff jeering is going on, the main subject of redicule being the former Busy and Important Bertie Borr. There was also some Slytherin bashing (don't think that I didn't notice...:annoyed: )

Following the Feast Slytherin Prefects Jaren and Zekke had a discussion with the Headmistress regarding a certain Book of Mysteria, which has been somewhere in Hogwarts for several years and the main cause of craziness depicted in the Daily Prophet. Headmistress Rae gave them permission to look into the matter of the Book.

Alex of Slytherin had a small chat with Headmistress Rae as well on the Book, and it seems that there is a misunderstanding that Rae believes Jaren and Zekke to have blabbed the points discussed earlier. In any case, the Slytherin Prefects appear to be quite annoyed as they await another discussion.

UPDATE: Professor Fox appears to have some interesting contact with an unknown person. Various professors seem to be getting a little closer...

The Ministrt rep, Cecil Townsend, has arrived. Everybody look busy, please.

Quidditch is about to begin. Joy oh joy.

Status of student body: I'm late! I'm late for class!
