Well the certificate hasn't been released here in London yet but it will probably be a PG. In my old school the teachers read the Harry Potter series to children as young as 5. If they can handle the books they can handle the movies. The've read about mass-murders, seen a huge snake being blinded and happiness sucking monsters, I think they can handle a guesome baby and the tournament.
