FEE FII FOOO FONA! Tonks moved down the lawns, kicking at stones and tufts of grass, anything that got in the ay of her feet really. Where Sunny was was anyones guess, and she had to admit that after all the time cooped up in the hospital wing she was glad of some alone time. She still had the letter clutched in one hand, the final indication that she couldn't go back to her old job. She let out a mangled scream of frustration, bending down to pick up some stones to fling into the lake with all her might. This was his doing. It had to be. There was nothing wrong with her anymore. She was a good Auror. So why she couldn't go back to work, she couldn't fathom.
Her stones gone, she reached to scoop some more throwing them into the lake with all the violence she could muster. She didn't want to teach. Where in Merlin's name had Dumbledore come up with that suggestion. She felt the low boiling rage, so unfamiliar to her but common over the last week. She'd managed to talk to Laurance on one of his visits, rushed as he had been. The funeral for Maurice had been a sad affair he told her, and she was sorry she had been unable to attend. Why was he allowed back to work, she flashed suddenly dumping more rocks into the lake. There'd been more issues for him to work out, he'd lost a relative after all. It was so unfair. She hadn't even been permitted to visit her old work mates to say goodbye. And why did Dumbledore keep looking at her the way he did, like she was some sort of mental patient. Mewling in frustration again, she dropped the last few stones and colapsed sitting beside the lake.
