Nadia entered the room just to hear some of the conversation going on between the professor and the Ministry official. As she put the pieces of the puzzle together it actually surprised her to hear what the professor was telling Miss Leiden. She shouldn't have, Nadia thought, fearing what was an obvious fact: Professor Rae might be fired over this if not confronting trial.
